Michael called back immediately, and was careful to warn me that visa waivers are hard to get (the opposite of a hard sell). He is hard working, responsive and quite brilliant. I have never read work as well composed as his cover letter for the application I was working on. To top all of this, his fees are very reasonable. It looks like the application is now successful.
