How You Can Get Started

Fast and Easy Start to your Removal of Conditions Application
Please contact me at 323.238.4620 or request a Free Consultation with me.  If you meet the legal requirements to proceed with the removal of conditions, I can send you materials right away so that we can get started today.

Instructions in Plain English
After we discuss your details and open the case, I send you a comprehensive letter going over the best strategy to get the conditions on your resident status removed.  You also receive client questionnaires for you and your spouse to fill out; a list of all supporting documents to gather and send to our office; affidavits of genuine marriage; along with tips to avoid another USCIS interview by submitting as much evidence up-front as possible.

Professional Preparation and Expedited Attorney Filing
I personally prepare and review your application for completeness and accuracy.  If you qualify, I can file a request for expedited processing at no additional charge to you.

Digital Scan of All Your Immigration Documents
Both you and our office will receive a notice from the USCIS confirming receipt of your adjustment of status application.  Every document you provide to me along with all USCIS correspondence relating to your case is digitally scanned and made available to you via e-mail.

No more USCIS interviews                                                                                                                              The vast majority of my clients are never interviewed after filing to have the conditions on their resident status removed.  I submit comprehensive evidence that allows most of my clients to get the conditions removed after the first filing.  Should an interview be necessary, I prepare everything you need to take to the interview as well as prep you for any questions that may be asked.

Complementary Monitoring and Maintenance of your Immigration Status                                                 You are eligible to apply for naturalization (US citizenship) after three years of holding resident status (your “green card”)  in the United States( as long as you remain married to the US citizen spouse who sponsored your immigrant petition).  When it is time, I offer a discounted legal fee to prepare and file your naturalization application.
